Our Studio 2 Room is approximately 22ft x 14ft. The Living area is 250sq ft and has a spacious 2ft x 6ft closet. The Kitchenette comes with cabinets, a sink, and a miniature refrigerator. Many of our residents add a microwave or coffee maker. The bathroom is 9ft x 5 1/2ft. It has a curb less walk in shower, ceiling heater, grab bars, and a nurse call pull cord. As with all our rooms, it has a ceiling fan, large windows, a 9000btu individual heater and air conditioner unit.
